What kind of personal data do we collect from you?

When you ask for a reservation in our studios there are certain pieces of information we ask for. This is pretty basic stuff – your name, your email. You may also decide to submit the ages of your children (no names), just for us to know how many beds you need in the studio.

We only use your personal data (name, email) to contact you (reply to your accommodation request) or inform you about our latest deals and special offers that we think would interest you-(if you have opted for our Newsletter). This communication we do from our business email (booking@villabiancastudios.gr), our Manager’s personal email (stellametaxa@gmail.com) or through MailChimp, which is an email service, compliant to GDPR Data protection rules. We don’t give your personal data to anyone else.

Why have this information?

We use the information collected about you for the following purposes:

  • Studio Reservations: First and foremost, we use your personal data to complete and administer your online studio reservation
  • Customer service: We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help you with your reservation in our studios.
  • Marketing activities: We use your information for specific marketing activities. Such us: using your contact information to send you Holiday wishes, news and offers from our studios. You can unsubscribe from this marketing communication quickly, easily and anytime – just click on the "Unsubscribe" link included in every Newsletter.
  • Communicating With You: There may be other times when we get in touch with you, including by email, mail, phone or text message (viber, Facebook Messenger or What’s up) – which method we choose depends on the contact information you’ve previously shared with us, or from which platform you have found us first. We contact you before you arrive to give you extra details about your stay with us or ask you for clarifications (p.ex. bed needs). We might also send you other materials related to your reservation, like a map of Possidi and information that we feel could be useful to you in planning your trip or getting the best out of your stay.
  • Legal purposes: Finally, in certain cases, we might need to use your information to handle and resolve legal disputes, for regulatory investigations and compliance, to enforce the lawful payment of our service, or to comply with lawful requests from law enforcement.
